MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
The TopHat® Insert is particularly long in order to optimally transfer the impact force to the shaft, thereby protecting it from breakage. This results in noticeably fewer shaft breaks.
Material:
Aluminium – This material is used for inserts due to its very low weight. Aluminium is corrosion-resistant.
Available in:
9/32 – 20gn-30gn-40gn (Breakoff) The TopHat® Insert features a standard threaded socket, suitable for all commercially available screw-in tips with UNC threading.
Installation:
Prior to installation, lightly roughen the inside of the carbon shaft and clean it with a solvent. Apply 1-2 drops of suitable insert glue to the shaft of the insert and glue it in place by turning until it stops.
